Cab bol (Cabbage Bolognaise)
Make your favourite bolognaise sauce - use spring onions and fresh tomatoes to keep the carbs down. If using tinned tomatoes recommend supermarket value ranges - usually much lower in sugar.
Serve over strips of cabbage (red or white) that have been lightly steamed in the microwave until al dente/tender as preferred
