Pan fried pork with mushrooms and cream
Ingredients:
Pork loins
Mushrooms - sliced
Cream
Wine
Method:
Pan fry the pork loins until done - remove and keep warm
Fry mushrooms till liquid runs, add wine and cream to taste and heat through
Pour over pork and serve with veggies
