Creme un-brulee (2 servings, 4 carbs each - but worth it)
Ingredients:
2 egg yolks
150 ml cream
1-2 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
Heat cream and vanilla until boiling. Whisk yolks. Pour in cream mix stirring continously.
Pour into 2 ramekins and put them in an shallow oven dish with boiling water half way up ramekins.
Place in oven and bake at 150c for 40 mins
Chill for several hours
These are very rich - might split into smaller servings to cut the carbs but you dont want them too shallow
