Chocolate covered almond biscuits
Note - for OWL or maintenance!
Ingredients
200g Almond flour
113g butter
1 egg
3 tsp spenda
some dark chocolate (we use Lindt 85%)
Method
Mix almond flour, egg, butter & splenda in a bowl
Put walnut sized balls on greased baking tray
Put in oven (170 deg C) for 5 mins
Take them out and flatten into biscuit shapes and then cook for 15-25 mins until done
Once cool, dip biscuits into melted chocolate for covering
Approx carbs 1.5 per biscuit
